Countdown Calendar

Materials:

1. Small toys (such as stickers and figurines) to fit in each mini-muffin cup
2. A 12 x 24" adhesive magnetic sheet
3. Colored or patterned paper
4. a metal (24 count) mini muffin pan

Directions:

1. Cut 24 circles 2 1/4 inches wide from a 12 by 24-inch adhesive magnetic sheet.
2. Adhere them to colored or patterned paper, then cut them out.
3. With a 1-inch circular punch, make 24 paper circles.
4. Number them (1-24). Use a glue stick to attach the numbers to the magnetic circles.
5. Fill the muffin wells with toys, stickers, notes, or activity suggestions. Cover each with a number.
6. Uncover one spot each day to count down to an important event, like a holiday or birthday.
