Homemade Gift Tags

Materials:

1. Cardstock
2. Patterned cardstock or old greeting cards
3. Gold or white paint pen or black marker
4. Hole punch
5. Ribbon
6. Scissors
7. Glue stick

Directions:

1. Cut simple holiday shapes from patterned paper such as a pine tree, snowman or star.
2. Glue the shapes to the cardstock, trim if needed.
3. Punch a hole in the top of the card.
4. Loop a piece of ribbon into the hole and tie the ends together.
5. Use pen to write "TO" and "FROM" on the front of the gift tag.
6. If you would like to make these a little fancier, pipe some glitter glue around the border.
7. Save any greeting cards you get this year and store them for next year's craft projects.
