Medal of Honor

Materials:

1. For an easy craft:
2. large French or coiless safety pins
3. large pony beads (must fit on the pin)
4. 1 charm or pendant for each pin
5. white glue
6. waxed paper
7. For an advanced craft (see template):
8. large safety pins
9. small safety pins
10. seed beads (to fit on small safety pins)

Directions:

1. It is traditional to honor brave soldiers with medals and pins.
2. To make an easy craft, thread a few pony beads onto a large coiless safety pin.
3. Place a charm or pendant in the center of the pin.
4. Fill the rest of the pin with pony beads.
5. If desired, glue the beads in place. Let dry.
6. Pin on your medal!
7. For the advanced version (see template for a picture):
8. Open the small safety pins.
9. Fill the small safety pins with seed beads.
10. Fasten the small safety pins onto a large safety pin.
11. Pin on your medal!
