Wiggle Worms

Materials:

1. pipe cleaners
2. wooden beads for the head
3. plastic beads for the body
4. fine tip marker

Directions:

1. Choose a pipe cleaner to make the body.
2. Thread the wooden bead onto the pipe cleaner. Bend the end of the pipe cleaner to keep the head on.
3. Thread beads onto the pipe cleaner.
4. Preschoolers can practice making a pattern with the beads (such as red, green, blue, etc.)
5. When the wiggle worm is as long as you like, trim the extra pipe cleaner. Bend the stem to keep the beads from falling off.
6. Use the marker to draw a face on the worm.
