100% Fruit and Juice Bars

Makes:

8 (4 ounce) popsicles.

1 "100% Fruit & Juice Bar" counts as 1/2 cup fruit.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups 100% fruit juice, such as white grape or 100% fruit punch

Directions:

  1. Mix fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon into 8 (4 ounce) popsicle molds or 5 ounce paper cups.
  3. Fill each mold with enough 100% fruit juice to reach the fill line (4 ounces).
  4. Add popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Let the molds sit for 5 minutes or place under warm running water for 10-20 seconds to remove popsicles.

Serve:

1 "100% Fruit & Juice Bar" to each 1-5 year old;
2 "100% Fruit & Juice Bars" to each 6-12 year old.
This recipe credits as juice.
Juice can be served ONE TIME PER DAY at your facility.
