Ingredients (homes):
- 1 pound Tempeh, cut into 1" strips
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely diced
- 2 cup Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients (centers):
- 3 pound Tempeh, cut into 1" strips
- 1 1/2 cup Onion, finely diced
- 6 cup Barbecue Sauce
Directions:
- Place strips in baking dish(es).
- Top with onions and sauce.
- Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated.
Serve:
1 Portion = 2 oz. meat alt. for ages 6+ at lunch/dinner
