Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 pound Tempeh, cut into 1" strips
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cup Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients (centers):

  • 3 pound Tempeh, cut into 1" strips
  • 1 1/2 cup Onion, finely diced
  • 6 cup Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

  1. Place strips in baking dish(es).
  2. Top with onions and sauce.
  3. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated.

Serve:

1 Portion = 2 oz. meat alt. for ages 6+ at lunch/dinner
