Ingredients (homes):
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef or Turkey
- 6 slices Bacon, diced
- 3/4 cup Onion
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Pork & Beans
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 TBSP. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 TBSP. Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp. Salt
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 pound Ground Beef or Turkey
- 12 slices Bacon, diced
- 1 1/2 cup Onion
- 4 (16 oz.) can Pork & Beans
- 1 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBSP. Yellow Mustard
- 2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
- Brown beef, bacon, and onion. Drain.
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Sir.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
Serve:
2/3 cup (a #6 scoop) counts as 1.5 oz. meat/meat alternate
