Ingredients (homes):
- 6 small/1 pound 12 oz. Bananas, peeled
- 3 cup OR 24 oz. Yogurt, <23 grams sugar in 6 oz.
- 6 cup OR 1 1/2 cup (optional) Cereal, Flakes/Rounds OR Granola (optional)
Ingredients (centers):
- 24 small/6 pound 12 oz. Bananas, peeled
- 3 (32 oz.) tubs Yogurt, <23 grams sugar in 6 oz.
- 24 cup OR 6 cup (optional) Cereal, Flakes/Rounds OR Granola (optional)
Directions:
- Slice bananas and place in a bowl or plate.
- Top each bowl/plate with 1/2 cup yogurt.
- If desired, top each with cereal (1/4 cup granola or 1 cup flakes/rounds).
Serve:
1 portion = 1 oz. meat alt. + 1/2 cup fruit for ages 3+ at breakfast.
