Beach Snack Cups

Ingredients (homes):
- 5 ounces (about 1 1/4 cups) graham cracker crumbs
- (OR about 20 - 2.5" x 2.5" graham cracker squares, crumbled)
- 5 cups applesauce
- bear grahams, for decoration, optional
- 10 drink umbrellas, for decoration, optional
- 10 (9 ounce) clear cups
Ingredients (centers):
- 10 ounces (about 2 1/2 cups) graham cracker crumbs
- (OR about 40 - 2.5" x 2.5" graham cracker squares, crumbled)
- 7 1/2 cups applesauce
- bear grahams, for decoration, optional
- 10 drink umbrellas, for decoration, optional
- 10 (12 ounce) clear cups
Directions:
- Layer 1/4 cup applesauce and 1 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs (about 1 square, crumbled)
- For ages 1-5: Repeat layers.
- For ages 6+: Repeat layers twice. Crumble 1 additional graham square (1 Tbsp. crumbs) on top to meet grain requirements.
- Decorate cups with bear grahams and "beach" umbrellas.
Serve:
Ages 1-5: 1/2 oz. eq. grain and 1/2 cup fruit.
Ages 6+: 1 oz. eq. grain and 3/4 cup fruit.
