Ingredients (homes):
- 2 1/4 pound Ground Beef, browned and drained
- 26 oz. can Tomato Soup
- 12 oz. Egg Noodles or Macaroni, whole wheat
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 1/2 pound Ground Beef, browned and drained
- 2 (26 oz.) can Tomato Soup
- 1 1/2 pound Egg Noodles or Macaroni, whole wheat
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Mix cooked ground beef, condensed soup, and cooked noodles.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
1 Portion = 2 oz. meat and 1 oz. (1/2 cup) serving whole grain.
