Ingredients (homes):
- 1/2 loaf OR 1/2 pound Delicious Dough (or Whole Grain Bread Dough)
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/2 pound Ground Lean Breakfast Sausage (all meat, no binders or fillers), cooked
- 4 Eggs, cooked, scrambled
- 2 cup Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

- 1 loaf or 1 pound Delicious Dough (or Whole Grain Bread Dough)
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 pound Ground Lean Breakfast Sausage (all meat, no binders or fillers), cooked
- 8 Eggs, cooked, scrambled
- 4 cup Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Press pizza dough onto pizza pan or cookie sheet.
- Bake dough for 6-7 minutes to partially bake it.
- Remove from oven. Spread with salsa.
- Top with cooked sausage and eggs.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 7-8 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve:
1 portion = 1 oz. meat/meat alt. and 1/2 oz. eq. grain
