Broccoli Pasta Alfredo (Vegetarian)

Ingredients (homes):
- 7 ounces dry Penne Pasta
- 14 oz. Broccoli, florets, frozen
- 2 (15.5 oz.) cans Great Northern Beans, drained
- 4 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 lb. 12 oz. dry Penne Pasta
- 3 lb. 8 oz. Broccoli, florets, frozen
- 1 (110 oz.) + 1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern Beans, drained
- 1 lb. 1 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsps. + 2 tsps. Garlic, minced
- 4 (16 oz.) jars OR 64 oz. pouch Alfredo Sauce
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Steam broccoli. Tip: Many frozen broccoli brands can be microwaved in the bag.
- Mix hot cooked pasta and broccoli with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or heat to 140 degrees F to hold for service.
Serve:
Ages 1-2: Serve 2/3 cup to count as 1 oz eq meat alternate, 1/2 oz. eq. grain and 1/8 cup vegetable.
Ages 3-5: Serve 1 cup to count as 1.5 oz. eq. meat alternate, 1/2 oz. eq. grain and 1/3 cup vegetable.
Ages 6+: Serve 1 1/2 cups to count as 2 oz. eq. meat alternate, 1 oz. eq. grain and 3/8 cup vegetable.
