Ingredients (homes):

  • 1/2 pound (~4 cup) Broccoli Florets, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds, Honey Roasted (omit for kids under age of 2)
  • 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Dried Cherries (omit for kids under age of 2)
  • 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Coleslaw Dressing, light

Ingredients (centers):

  • 1 pound (~2 quarts) Broccoli Florets, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, Honey Roasted (omit for kids under age of 2)
  • 3/4 cup Dried Cherries (omit for kids under age of 2)
  • 3/4 cup Coleslaw Dressing, light

Directions:

  1. Mix broccoli, sunflower seeds, and cherries in a large bowl.
  2. Top with dressing. Toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable.
