Ingredients (homes):
- 1/2 pound (~4 cup) Broccoli Florets, fresh
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds, Honey Roasted (omit for kids under age of 2)
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Dried Cherries (omit for kids under age of 2)
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Coleslaw Dressing, light
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 pound (~2 quarts) Broccoli Florets, fresh
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, Honey Roasted (omit for kids under age of 2)
- 3/4 cup Dried Cherries (omit for kids under age of 2)
- 3/4 cup Coleslaw Dressing, light
Directions:
- Mix broccoli, sunflower seeds, and cherries in a large bowl.
- Top with dressing. Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate before serving.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable.
