Ingredients (homes):

  • 2/3 pound American Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Water (for melting)
  • 3/4 cup Water (to whisk in)

Ingredients (centers):

  • 5 pound American Cheese
  • 1 qt. Water (for melting)
  • 1 qt. + 1 pint Water (to whisk in)

Directions:

  1. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut cheese slices into quarters.
  3. Heat cheese + water in pot until melted.
  4. Whisk in water until smooth.
  5. Cheese will thicken on standing.

Serve:

1/4 cup = 1.25 oz. meat alt.
