Ingredients (homes):
- 2/3 pound American Cheese
- 1/2 cup Water (for melting)
- 3/4 cup Water (to whisk in)
Ingredients (centers):
- 5 pound American Cheese
- 1 qt. Water (for melting)
- 1 qt. + 1 pint Water (to whisk in)
Directions:
- Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.
- Cut cheese slices into quarters.
- Heat cheese + water in pot until melted.
- Whisk in water until smooth.
- Cheese will thicken on standing.
Serve:
1/4 cup = 1.25 oz. meat alt.
