Cheesy Cabbage

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 lb. 4 oz. Cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup Margarine, melted
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 lb. American Cheese
- 1 cup Crumbled Crackers (Like Ritz)
Ingredients (centers):
- 3 lbs. Cabbage, shredded
- 2/3 cup Margarine, melted
- 2 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 lb. 4 oz. American Cheese
- 2 1/4 cups Crumbled Crackers (Like Ritz)
Directions:
- Place cabbage in pan(s). Pour margarine and milk on top.
- Top with a layer of cheese and sprinkle with crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until cabbage is tender, about 45 min. for a 9" x 13" pan.
Serve:
1/2 cup counts as 1 1/2 ounce meat/alternate and 1/3 cup veggies
