Cheesy Ham & Potatoes

Ingredients (homes):
- 2 (10.75 oz.) can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 cup Light Sour Cream OR Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 2 (28 oz.) bag Frozen O'Brien Potatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 pound Fully Cooked Ham, cubed
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 (10.75 oz.) can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 4 cup Light Sour Cream OR Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 4 (28 oz.) bag Frozen O'Brien Potatoes
- 1 (32 oz.) bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 pound Fully Cooked Ham, cubed
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream OR Greek yogurt, water, and pepper. Stir in the potatoes, cheese, and ham.
- Transfer to greased pan(s).
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Cut each pan into 5x5 squares.
Serve:
Serve each 1-5 year old: 1/25 of a 9x13" pan
Serve each 6-12 year old: 1/20 of a 9x13" pan
1 Portion = 1 1/2 oz. meat/meat alt. and 1/4 cup vegetable
