Cheesy Ham & Potatoes

Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 (10.75 oz.) can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 cup Light Sour Cream OR Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 (28 oz.) bag Frozen O'Brien Potatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 pound Fully Cooked Ham, cubed

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 (10.75 oz.) can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 4 cup Light Sour Cream OR Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 (28 oz.) bag Frozen O'Brien Potatoes
  • 1 (32 oz.) bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 pound Fully Cooked Ham, cubed

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream OR Greek yogurt, water, and pepper. Stir in the potatoes, cheese, and ham.
  2. Transfer to greased pan(s).
  3. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Cut each pan into 5x5 squares.

Serve:

Serve each 1-5 year old: 1/25 of a 9x13" pan
Serve each 6-12 year old: 1/20 of a 9x13" pan
1 Portion = 1 1/2 oz. meat/meat alt. and 1/4 cup vegetable
