Cherry Berry Smoothie

Ingredients (homes):
- 2 cup Kale, lightly packed
- 1 cup Sweet Cherries, frozen, unsweetened
- 2 cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 large (1 cup) Banana, frozen
- 1 cup Milk, Soy Milk or 100% Juice
- Vanilla, Almond, or Coconut Extract, to taste
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 cup Kale, lightly packed
- 2 cup Sweet Cherries, frozen, unsweetened
- 4 cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 2 large (2 cup) Banana, frozen
- 2 cup Milk, Soy Milk or 100% Juice
- Vanilla, Almond, or Coconut Extract, to taste
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- A thick smoothie can be served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk and serve as a beverage.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1/2 cup fruit
