Ingredients (homes):
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can Cream of Chicken soup
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 1/4 cup Instant Brown Rice
- 1 pound Chicken Breast, boneless, diced
- 1 (12.6 oz.) bag Broccoli Florets, frozen, thawed
- 1/2 cup or 2 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Ingredients (centers):
- 3 (10.5 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 1/4 cup Water
- 3 3/4 cup Instant Brown Rice
- 3 pound Chicken Breast, boneless, diced
- 3 (12.6 oz.) bag or 38 oz. Broccoli Florets, frozen, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup or 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
- Mix soup and water.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve:
1 portion = 1.5 oz. meat/meat alt., 1/2 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG), and 1/4 cup vegetable.
