Chicken Curry Wraps (WG)

Ingredients (homes):
- 2 1/2 pound Chicken, chopped, cooked
- 1 pint (2 cup) Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper, to taste
- 1 pint (2 cup) Raisins, opt.
- 13 Tortillas Whole Grain Tortillas, 10 inch
- 2 1/2 pound Cucumber slices
- 2 1/2 pound Apple slices
- 3/4 cup Milk, non-fat or low-fat
Ingredients (centers):
- 5 pound Chicken, chopped, cooked
- 1 qt. (4 cup) Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper, to taste
- 1 quart (4 cup) Raisins, opt.
- 25 Tortillas Whole Grain Tortillas, 10 inch
- 5 pound Cucumber slices
- 4 1/2 pound Apple slices
- 1 gallon + 1 qt. Milk, non-fat or low-fat
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Scoop 2/3 cup of mixture onto each tortilla. Wrap tortilla over filling, burrito style. Slice each wrap in half.
Serve:
1/2 wrap = 1 1/2 oz. meat and 1/2 bread/grain serving.
