Chicken Hummus Wraps (WG)

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 1/2 cup Hummus, prepared
- 6 (8-inch) Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 6 oz. Grilled Chicken Strips*, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, red, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups Carrots, shredded
- 2 cup Spinach or Lettuce
Ingredients (centers):
- 6 cup Hummus, prepared
- 24 (8-inch) Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 24 oz. Grilled Chicken Strips*, cooked
- 6 cups Bell Pepper, red, cut into strips
- 6 cups Carrots, shredded
- 8 cup Spinach or Lettuce
Directions:
- Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with 1 oz. chicken (*or turkey), 1/4 cup peppers (4-6 strips), 1/4 cup carrots, and 1/3 cup spinach/lettuce leaves.
- Fold in 2 sides over veggies and roll up tortilla from bottom.
Serve:
1 wrap = 2 oz. meat/meat. , 1 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG) and/or 1/2 cup vegetable
