Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 pound Kale Leaves
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP. Kosher Salt
  • 2 2/3 cup Freshly grated Parmesan

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 pound Kale Leaves
  • 2 cup Olive Oil
  • 8 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP. Kosher Salt
  • 5 1/3 cup Freshly grated Parmesan

Directions:

  1. Pull the kale leaves off the stems. Discard stems. Cut greens into thin strips. Place greens in a large bowl.
  2. Heat oil and garlic about 2 minutes. Add salt and vinegar. Cook about 25 seconds longer.
  3. Pour over kale. Stir in parmesan cheese. Add salt to taste. If desired, add more cheese on top.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable
