Ingredients (homes):
- 2 pound Kale Leaves
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 TBSP. Kosher Salt
- 2 2/3 cup Freshly grated Parmesan
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 pound Kale Leaves
- 2 cup Olive Oil
- 8 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBSP. Kosher Salt
- 5 1/3 cup Freshly grated Parmesan
Directions:
- Pull the kale leaves off the stems. Discard stems. Cut greens into thin strips. Place greens in a large bowl.
- Heat oil and garlic about 2 minutes. Add salt and vinegar. Cook about 25 seconds longer.
- Pour over kale. Stir in parmesan cheese. Add salt to taste. If desired, add more cheese on top.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable
