Ingredients (homes):
- 1 pound (~1/2 medium) Head Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Light Mayo
- 2 TBSP. Sugar
- 2 TBSP. Honey* or Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 pound (~1 medium) Head Cabbage
- 1 cup Light Mayo
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey** or Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vinegar
Directions:
- Finely shred cabbage.
- Mix all other ingredients to make a sauce.
- Pour over cabbage and mix.
Serve:
1 portion = 1/2 oz. eq. bread/grain and 1/4 cup vegetable.
* do not serve honey to children under the age of 1.
