Crockpot Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 (3 pound) bag Granny Smith Apples, cored, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 3 TBSP. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Ingredients (centers):
- 6 pound Granny Smith Apples, cored, peeled, sliced
- 2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
- Stir apple slices, brown sugar, and lemon juice in crock pot(s).
- Cover. Cook for about 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours on high setting.
- Check apples. If too crisp, cook until tender, 15-20 minutes longer.
- Use a 2 oz. spoodle to serve 1/4 cup portions for ages 3 and older at lunch/dinner.

1/4 cup = 1/4 cup fruit
