Easy Cheesy Mac & Cheese

Ingredients (homes):
- 10.5 oz dry macaroni, cooked (about 6 1/3 c. cooked)
- 1 lb. 9 oz. cheese blend, shredded, natural, like Colby, Cheddar & Monterey jack
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- pepper to taste
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 lb. 10 oz. dry macaroni, cooked (about 1 gallon + 2 qt. + 1 1/2 c. cooked)
- 6 lb. 4 oz. cheese blend, shredded, natural, like Colby, Cheddar & Monterey jack
- 1 quart milk
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
Directions:
- Spray pan(s) with nonstick spray. Spread cooked macaroni in pan(s).
- Top with cheese.
- Mix milk, margarine, mustard, and pepper. Heat and stir mixture until margarine melts. Pour over macaroni.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes for a 9x13" pan.
Serve:
2/3 cup to each 6+ year old
1/2 cup to each 3-5 year old
1/3 cup to each 1-2 year old
