Ingredients (homes):
- 1 pound Strawberries, frozen, sliced, unsweetened
- 1 (29 oz.) can Pears, canned in juice, diced, drained
- 1 tsp. Sugar, optional
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 pound Strawberries, frozen, sliced, unsweetened
- 1 (106 oz.) can Pears, canned in juice, diced, drained
- 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Sugar, optional
Directions:
- Mix strawberries and pears together.
- If you wish, use the juice from the pears or a tiny bit of sugar to sweeten the salad if your berries are tart.
Serve:
1 portion = 1/4 cup fruit for lunch or dinner
