Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 cup (~3 medium) Bananas, mashed
  • 16 oz. Strawberry Yogurt
  • 10 oz. Frozen Strawberries, thawed, with juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can Crushed Pineapple, with juice

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 cup (~6 medium) Bananas, mashed
  • 32 oz. Strawberry Yogurt
  • 20 oz. Frozen Strawberries, thawed, with juice
  • 2 (20 oz.) can Crushed Pineapple, with juice

Directions:

  1. Line muffin tin cups with paper liners.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spoon into cups. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Store in a plastic baggie.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes and remove paper cups before serving.

Serve:

1 portion = 1/4 cup fruit
