Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients (homes):
- 2 lbs. Shredded Potatoes, frozen
- 1/2 cup Butter/Margarine, melted
- 10.75 oz. can Cream Soup, condensed
- 4 oz. (1/2 cup) Onion, chopped, frozen
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 8 oz. (2 cups) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 lbs. 8 oz. Shredded Potatoes, frozen
- 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons Butter/Margarine, melted
- 26 oz. can Cream Soup, condensed
- 9 oz. (1 1/4 cup) Onion, chopped, frozen
- 1 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 lb. 2 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Place potatoes in pan(s) coated with nonstick spray.
- Mix butter, soup, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Pour evenly over potatoes. Top with cheese.
- Gently fold with a spatula/spoon.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until a food thermometer reads 165 degrees F, about 30 min. for a 9"x13" pan.
Serve:
1/2 cup portion = 1/2 ounce meat/alternate and 1/4 cup veggies
