Italian Tossed Salad

Makes:

12 (1/2 cup) Portions


Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz.) bag Romaine Lettuce, chopped/shredded
  • 1 cup Canned Vegetables, chopped (ex. artichoke hearts, black olives, giardiniera, pickled cauliflower, pimentos, red onion, and/or sweet banana peppers)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Vinaigrette or Italian Dressing (ex: Olive Garden Italian Dressing)

Directions:

  1. Toss lettuce, vegetables, and cheese in dresssing.
  2. Serve immediately.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable
Makes about 6 cups. 1/2 cup lettuce counts as 1/4 cup vegetable
