Mixed Veggies with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients (homes):

  • 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Syrup
  • 2 TBSP. Honey*
  • 2 pound Mixed Vegetables, frozen

Ingredients (centers):

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP. Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Syrup
  • 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Honey
  • 4 pound Mixed Vegetables, frozen

Directions:

  1. Mix together sauce. Toss vegetables in sauce.
  2. Spread on sheet pan(s) and place in oven. Heat to 400F.
  3. Once oven reaches 400F, bake 20-25 minutes, until browned.

Serve:

1 portion = 1/2 cup vegetable
* do not serve honey to children under the age of 1.
