Mixed Veggies with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients (homes):
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Syrup
- 2 TBSP. Honey*
- 2 pound Mixed Vegetables, frozen
Ingredients (centers):
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP. Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Syrup
- 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Honey
- 4 pound Mixed Vegetables, frozen
Directions:
- Mix together sauce. Toss vegetables in sauce.
- Spread on sheet pan(s) and place in oven. Heat to 400F.
- Once oven reaches 400F, bake 20-25 minutes, until browned.
Serve:
1 portion = 1/2 cup vegetable
* do not serve honey to children under the age of 1.
