Orange Spinach Salad

Ingredients (homes):
- 4 cup Spinach, fresh
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges, canned, drained (15 oz. can)
- 2 TBSP. Almonds, slivered (omit for kids under age 2)
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (omit for kids under age 2)
- 2 TBSP. Feta Cheese
- 2 TBSP. Sweet & Sour Salad Dressing
Ingredients (centers):
- 12 cup Spinach, fresh
- 3 can Mandarin Oranges, canned, drained (15 oz. can)
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Almonds, slivered (omit for kids under age 2)
- 3/4 cup Dried Cranberries (omit for kids under age 2)
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Sweet & Sour Salad Dressing
Directions:
- Wash spinach.
- Drain juice from mandarin oranges.
- Toss all ingredients in a large salad bow.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable.
