Ingredients (homes):
- 4 pound Asparagus Spears
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 4 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- Lemon Juice, optional
Ingredients (centers):
- 8 pound Asparagus Spears
- 1 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 8 Garlic Clove, minced
- 2 TBSP. + 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- Lemon Juice, optional
Directions:
- Preheat an oven to 425 degrees. Trim off any hard ends of the stalks.
- Place the asparagus into a mixing bowl, and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake until just tender, 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1/4 cup vegetable.
