Ingredients (homes):

  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 4 cup Whole Grain-Rich Corn Cereal Squares (ex. like Corn Chex®)
  • 4 cup Grain-Rich Wheat Cereal Squares (ex. Rice Chex®)
  • 2 cup Whole Grain- Rich Wheat Cereal Squares (ex. Wheat Chex®)
  • 6 oz. (~ 4 cup) Whole Grain-Rich Crackers (ex. Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain)

  • 1 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 8 cup Whole Grain-Rich Corn Cereal Squares (ex. Corn Chex®)
  • 8 cup Grain-Rich Wheat Cereal Squares (ex. Rice Chex®)
  • 4 cup Whole Grain- Rich Wheat Cereal Squares (ex. Wheat Chex®)
  • 12 oz. (~ 8 cup) Whole Grain-Rich Crackers (ex. Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain)

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker, blend together butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic and onion powder.
  2. Add cereals, pretzels, and crackers. Gently toss mixture to coat.
  3. Cook uncovered on HIGH 1 1/2 hours or LOW 3 hours, gently stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. If desired, spread mixture on waxed or parchment paper or foil lined baking sheets to cool.

Serve:

1cup = 1 oz. eq. whole grain.
