Pineapple "Ice Cream"

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 (2 pound) pineapple OR 1 1/4 pound frozen Fresh Pineapple, peeled, cored OR Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (or water)
Ingredients (centers):
- 3 (2 pound) pineapple OR 3 3/4 pound frozen Fresh Pineapple, peeled, cored OR Frozen Pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (or water)
Directions:
- If using fresh fruit, freeze overnight.
- Let frozen fruit defrost for 15-20 minutes.
- Puree fruit and juice in a food processor or blender.
- Serve in bowls and eat with a spoon!

1 portion = 1/2 cup fruit
