Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 (2 pound) pineapple OR 1 1/4 pound frozen Fresh Pineapple, peeled, cored OR Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (or water)

Ingredients (centers):

  • 3 (2 pound) pineapple OR 3 3/4 pound frozen Fresh Pineapple, peeled, cored OR Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (or water)

Directions:

  1. If using fresh fruit, freeze overnight.
  2. Let frozen fruit defrost for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Puree fruit and juice in a food processor or blender.
  4. Serve in bowls and eat with a spoon!

Serve:

1 portion = 1/2 cup fruit
