Ingredients (homes):
- 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 TBSP. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 TBSP. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
Directions:
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in yogurt. Dough will be crumbly at first. Knead until dough is smooth, about 8 minutes. Dust with more flour if needed.
- Roll out dough onto sheet pan(s) (or cookie sheets).
- Add toppings. Bake at 450 degrees until crust is golden, 8-10 minutes.
- Cool. Cut into portions.
Serve:
1 portion = 1 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG).
