Ingredients (homes):
- 4 cup (~8 1/3 oz.) Wheat Cereal Squares, whole grain
- 2 cup (3.2 oz.) Fish Shaped Cheese Crackers, whole grain-rich
- 3 cup Nuts*/Seeds, like peanuts or almonds
- 3 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Spaghetti Sauce Mix, dry
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder

- 2 qts. (~1 pound 1 oz.) Wheat Cereal Squares, whole grain
- 1 qt. (~6.4 oz.) Fish Shaped Cheese Crackers, whole grain-rich
- 1 qt. + 2 cup Nuts*/Seeds, like peanuts or almonds
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 TBSP. + 2 tsp. Spaghetti Sauce Mix, dry
- 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Place cereal, crackers & nuts/seeds in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle oil and seasonings on top.
- Stir to mix.
Serve:
3/4 cup = 1 oz. eq. grain + 1 oz. eq. meat alt.
*Ask parents if you can use sunflower seeds, soy nuts, or roasted chickpeas for kids with nut allergies
