Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients (homes):
- 2 cups Pumpkin/Squash, pureed
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 - 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 (3.4 oz.) box Vanilla Pudding Mix
Ingredients (centers):
- 50 oz. (6 cups) Pumpkin/Squash, pureed
- 3/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 - 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 (5.1 oz.) boxes Vanilla Pudding Mix
Directions:
- Mix squash, salt, and spice.
- Whisk/stir in milk and pudding mix.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve:
1/2 cup counts as 1/4 cup veggies
