Ingredients (homes):
- 3 pound Ground Beef
- 12 oz. (2 box) Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 cup Beef Gravy (or BBQ Sauce)
- 1/2 cup Additional Water
Ingredients (centers):
- 6 pound Ground Beef
- 24 oz. (4 box) Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
- 5 cup Water
- 3 cup Onion
- 2 cup Beef Gravy (or BBQ Sauce)
- 1 cup Additional Water
Directions:
- Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and onions.
- Shape into the number of patties specified. Place on a large baking pan(s).
- Bake 20 minutes or until a food thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
- Mix gravy/BBQ sauce and water. Heat to a simmer.
- Pour over patties and serve.
Serve:
1 Patty = 2 oz. meat/meat alt.
