Ingredients (homes):

  • 3 pound Ground Beef
  • 12 oz. (2 box) Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
  • 2 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Beef Gravy (or BBQ Sauce)
  • 1/2 cup Additional Water

Ingredients (centers):

  • 6 pound Ground Beef
  • 24 oz. (4 box) Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
  • 5 cup Water
  • 3 cup Onion
  • 2 cup Beef Gravy (or BBQ Sauce)
  • 1 cup Additional Water

Directions:

  1. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and onions.
  2. Shape into the number of patties specified. Place on a large baking pan(s).
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until a food thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
  4. Mix gravy/BBQ sauce and water. Heat to a simmer.
  5. Pour over patties and serve.

Serve:

1 Patty = 2 oz. meat/meat alt.
