Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bake

Ingredients (homes):
- 6 oz. Dry Stuffing Mix, Chicken Flavor
- 9 oz. Turkey Sausage, all meat, no fillers, binders, or extenders, finely chopped
- 2 cup Kale, chopped, optional
- 1/2 cup Red Bell pepper, chopped, optional
- 8 oz. (2 cup) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 8 Eggs, large
- 1 qt. (4 cups) Milk
Ingredients (centers):
- 15 oz. Dry Stuffing Mix, Chicken Flavor
- 24 oz. (1 1/2 pound) Turkey Sausage, all meat, no fillers, binders, or extenders, finely chopped
- 5 cup Kale, chopped, optional
- 1 1/4 cup Red Bell pepper, chopped, optional
- 5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 20 Eggs, large
- 2 1/2 qt. (10 cups) Milk
Directions:
- Sprinkle stuffing mix in the bottom of pan(s).
- Top with sausage, veggies, and cheese.
- Whisk eggs and milk. Pour over top. Cover with foil.
- Bake 60-70 minute until a food thermometer reads 160F and eggs are firm.
Serve:
1 portion = 1 1/2 oz. meat/meat alt.
