Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients (homes):
- 4 cups (17 ounces) Pancake/Baking Mix, whole wheat
- 4 Eggs, large
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Ingredients (centers):
- 8 cups (34 ounces) Pancake/Baking Mix, whole wheat
- 8 eggs, large
- 4 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
- Coat pan(s) with nonstick spray.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Pour into prepared pan(s). If desired, sprinkle with toppings like blueberries, strawberries, or peaches.
- Bake until light brown and/or set, about 20 min. for a 13 x 18" sheet pan.
Serve:
1 square = 1/2 oz. eq. serving whole grain
Serve 2 squares to each child age 6+.
