Ingredients (homes):
- 12 cup Low-sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 cup Star Pasta, whole grain
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 4 1/2 cup Peas and Carrots, frozen
Ingredients (centers):
- 24 cup Low-sodium Chicken Broth
- 4 cup Star Pasta, whole grain
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 9 cup Peas and Carrots, frozen
Directions:
- Place the broth in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta and salt.
- Simmer pasta until tender, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the peas and carrots and cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve:
1 cup = 1/2 oz. eq. grain , 1/4 cup vegetable
