Stir & Spread Pizza Toppings

Toppings for one 18 x 13" HALF sheet pan

Toppings for one 18 x 26" FULL sheet pan
Ingredients (homes):
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound natural mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 8 ounces mild Italian sausage
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 pounds natural mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound mild Italian sausage
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Brown meat. Drain.
- Top prebaked crust with meat, cheese and seasoning.
- Bake at 375°F until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes longer for a half sheet pan.

Serve:
For ages 1-2, cut a HALF sheet pan into 24 portions (4 x 6) or a FULL sheet pan into 48 portions (8 x 6) for 1 oz. meat/meat alternate.
For ages 3-5, cut a HALF sheet pan into 16 portions (4 x 4) or a FULL sheet pan into 32 portions (8 x 4) for 1 1/2 ounces meat/meat alternate.
For ages 6+, cut a HALF sheet pan into 12 portions (3 x 4) or a FULL sheet pan into 24 portions (4 x 6) for 2 ounces meat/meat alternate.
