Stir and Pour Bread (WG)

Ingredients (homes):
- 4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp. Active Rise Yeast
- 2 TBSP. Sugar or Honey*
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 cup Warm Water
Ingredients (centers):
- 12 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 TBSP. Active Rise Yeast
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Sugar or Honey*
- 1 TBSP. Salt
- 6 cup or 1 1/2 pint Warm Water
Directions:
- Stir in all ingredients together. Cover. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Pour into a loaf pan coated in nonstick spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until browned.
- Cool and slice.
Serve:
1 portion = 2 oz. eq. grain servings
*do not serve honey to children under the age of 1.
