Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 loaf Delicious Dough OR 1 pound Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
  • 2 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 12 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tomato, medium, diced
  • 2 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • Taco Sauce, optional

Ingredients (centers):

  • 2 loaves Delicious Dough OR 2 pound Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
  • 4 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
  • 2 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 1 1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tomato, medium, diced
  • 4 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • Taco Sauce, optional

Directions:

  1. Prepare pizza crust as directed OR roll out "Delicious Dough" onto pizza pan(s). Pre-bake at 425 for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Warm beans, spread over crust.
  3. Top with olives and cheese.
  4. Bake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 15 minutes OR bake "Delicious Dough" at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes longer or until browned.
  5. Cool, cut, and top with tomatoes and lettuce. Serve with taco sauce.

Serve:

1 slice = 1 1/2 oz. meat/meat alt., 1 oz. eq. grain, and 1/4 cup vegetable
