Ingredients (homes):
- 1 loaf Delicious Dough OR 1 pound Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
- 2 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
- 1 cup Black Olives, sliced
- 12 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Tomato, medium, diced
- 2 cup Lettuce, shredded
- Taco Sauce, optional
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 loaves Delicious Dough OR 2 pound Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
- 4 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
- 2 cup Black Olives, sliced
- 1 1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 Tomato, medium, diced
- 4 cup Lettuce, shredded
- Taco Sauce, optional
Directions:
- Prepare pizza crust as directed OR roll out "Delicious Dough" onto pizza pan(s). Pre-bake at 425 for 6-7 minutes.
- Warm beans, spread over crust.
- Top with olives and cheese.
- Bake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 15 minutes OR bake "Delicious Dough" at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes longer or until browned.
- Cool, cut, and top with tomatoes and lettuce. Serve with taco sauce.
Serve:
1 slice = 1 1/2 oz. meat/meat alt., 1 oz. eq. grain, and 1/4 cup vegetable
