Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients (homes):
- Ground Turkey (buy 1 lb. 8 oz. raw OR 1 lb. 1 oz cooked)
- 1 (26 oz) can Cream Soup, any kind
- 1 (12 oz) bag Mixed Vegetables, frozen
- 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese (about 2 c. shredded)
- 1 lb. 8 oz. Potato Rounds, frozen
Ingredients (centers):
- Ground Turkey (buy 6 lb. raw OR 4 lb. 4 oz. cooked)
- 2 (50 oz.) cans Cream Soup, any kind
- 3 pounds Mixed Vegetables, frozen
- 2 pounds Cheddar Cheese (about 8 c. shredded)
- 6 pounds Potato Rounds, frozen
Directions:
- Spray pan(s) with nonstick spray.
- Place cooked ground turkey, soup, and veggies in the pan(s). Gently mix.
- Sprinkle cheese and potato rounds evenly on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees F until a food thermometer placed in the center reaches 165 degrees F, about 1 hour for a 9 x 13" pan.
Serve:
Serve each 1-2 year old 1/2 cup to count as 1 oz. eq. meat/alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable at lunch/dinner.
Serve each 3-5 year old 3/4 cup to count as 1.75 oz. eq. meat/alternate and 3/8 cup vegetable at lunch/dinner.
Serve each 6+ year old 1 cup to count as 2 oz. eq. meat/alternate and 1/2 cup vegetable at lunch/dinner.
