Ingredients (homes):
- 2 pound Tater Tots
- 12 oz. Ground Turkey, cooked
- 1 (1 oz.) packet Taco Seasoning
- 12 oz./3 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 pound Tater Tots
- 1 1/2 pound Ground Turkey, cooked
- 2 (1 oz.) packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 1/2 pounds/1 qt. + 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Bake tater tots according to package directions.
- Mix taco seasoning with cooked meat. Add water if needed. Heat meat to 160 degrees.
- For each portion layer:
- 1/2 cup tater tots (8 tots/4 oz. spoodle) + 1 oz. cooked taco meat + 1 oz. (1/4 cup) Cheddar Cheese
Serve:
1 portion = 2 oz. meat/meat alternate + 1/2 cup vegetable
