Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 pound Tater Tots
  • 12 oz. Ground Turkey, cooked
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Taco Seasoning
  • 12 oz./3 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 pound Tater Tots
  • 1 1/2 pound Ground Turkey, cooked
  • 2 (1 oz.) packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 pounds/1 qt. + 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Bake tater tots according to package directions.
  2. Mix taco seasoning with cooked meat. Add water if needed. Heat meat to 160 degrees.
  3. For each portion layer:
  4. 1/2 cup tater tots (8 tots/4 oz. spoodle) + 1 oz. cooked taco meat + 1 oz. (1/4 cup) Cheddar Cheese

Serve:

1 portion = 2 oz. meat/meat alternate + 1/2 cup vegetable
