Three Bean Chili - Vegetarian

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 cup lentils, dry, sorted, rinsed
- 1 bouillon cube, vegetable for vegan
- 1 (1.25 oz.) packet chili seasoning mix
- 3 cups water
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 (109 oz.) can black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 (105 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 (108 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 2 pounds 14 ounces lentils, dry, sorted, rinsed
- 6 bouillon cubes, vegetable for vegan
- 6 (1.25 oz.) packets
- 1 gallon 1 cup
- 1 (102 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (106 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions:
- Mix beans, lentils, bouillon cube(s), seasoning mix, and water in crock pot or roaster.
- Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and heat, about 15 minutes longer for a 3 qt. slow cooker.
Serve:
2/3 cup counts as 2 oz. eq. meat alternate and 1/8 cup veggie.
