Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 tsp. Oil, Vegetable
  • 1 cup Chopped Veggies, optional
  • 16 oz. Tofu, firm, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. Turmeric (for color)
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • Pepper, to taste, optional

  • 2 TBSP. Oil, Vegetable
  • 3 cup Chopped Veggies, optional
  • 3 (16 oz.) Tofu, firm, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric (for color)
  • 3/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 3/8 tsp. Salt
  • Pepper, to taste, optional

Directions:

  1. Heat oil. If desired, cook veggies in oil until soft.
  2. Add crumbled tofu and spices. Sauté until cooked throughout, about 2 minutes.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1 1/2 oz. meat alt.
