Ingredients (homes):
- 3/4 pound (~4 1/4 cup) Rotini, whole wheat
- 3 (12 oz.) can Tuna, drained
- 3 cup Peas, frozen, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup Celery, chopped, thawed (optional)
- 1 cup Onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 1/2 cup Cheese, low fat, shredded
- 1/2 cup Low-fat Mayonnaise
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 1/2 pound (~8 1/4 cup) Rotini, whole wheat
- 6 (12 oz.) can Tuna, drained
- 6 cup Peas, frozen, thawed
- 3 cup Celery, chopped, thawed (optional)
- 2 cup Onion, chopped (optional)
- 3 cup Cheese, low fat, shredded
- 3 cup Low-fat Mayonnaise
Directions:
- Cook rotini according to package directions.
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1 1/2 oz. meat/meat alt. and 1/2 oz. eq. bread/grain
