Tuna Patties

Ingredients (homes):

  • 4 (5 oz.) can Tuna, drained
  • 4 Eggs, large
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper

Ingredients (centers):

  • 1 (66.5 oz.) can Tuna, drained
  • 13 (or 2 2/3 cup) Eggs, large
  • 3 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
  • 1 TBSP. Garlic Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Line sheet pan(s) with parchment paper.
  3. Use a #12 scoop (or 1/3 cup) for each portion. (12 patties fit on one baking sheet or half sheet pan). Flatten into patties.
  4. Bake at 325F until a food thermometer placed in the center reads 165 degrees, 15-25 minutes for one sheet pan.

Serve:

1 patty = 2 oz. meat/alt.
