Ingredients (homes):
- 4 (5 oz.) can Tuna, drained
- 4 Eggs, large
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 (66.5 oz.) can Tuna, drained
- 13 (or 2 2/3 cup) Eggs, large
- 3 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1 TBSP. Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Line sheet pan(s) with parchment paper.
- Use a #12 scoop (or 1/3 cup) for each portion. (12 patties fit on one baking sheet or half sheet pan). Flatten into patties.
- Bake at 325F until a food thermometer placed in the center reads 165 degrees, 15-25 minutes for one sheet pan.
Serve:
1 patty = 2 oz. meat/alt.
