Ingredients (homes):
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 TBSP. Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp. Dill Weed
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Celery Seed, optional
Ingredients (centers):
- 4 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 4 tsp. Dill Weed
- 8 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tsp. Salt
- 4 tsp. Celery Seed, optional
Directions:
- Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, and cheddar cheese. Stir in spices.
- Serve with whole wheat crackers (1/2 oz.) or raw vegetables (1/2 cup) for credible snack for ages 1-5.

1 Portion = 2 TBSP. counts as 1/2 oz. meat alt.
